As our Office Assistant, you will make a big impact on our organization by assisting with billing, recruiting, answering the phones, and supporting the office staff with general demands to ensure the smooth running of the office.

WHAT RESULTS YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR :

• Greeting and signing in visitors and answering and screening calls for the agency’s main phone line in a manner that leaves a positive first impression.
• Assisting as a facilitator for all prospects inquiring about services, answering questions, scheduling and confirming assessments, sending information packets and questionnaires, and following up after services are started or declined.
• Conducting weekly billing, assisting with accounting, and updating company key performance s on a weekly basis.
• Assisting with the weekly recruiting process by screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and orientation preparation.
• Serving as the scheduler’s backup to ensure clients are matched with the right caregivers and assisting with on-call weekends and nights on a rotating schedule.
• Assisting when available with general office demands as they arise.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU NEED :

• 3+ Years experience in a fast-paced office environment.
• 2+ Years experience being the first point of contact for main office calls.
• 1+ Years experience with billing and accounting.
• Must speak, read, and write English in a clear and concise manner.
