We’re looking for graduates with the potential to become a future finance or business leader. If you’re curious with a questioning mindset, we’ll help complete your CIMA qualification. You’ll also have the opportunity to change our business, as you experience what it’s like to partner and contribute to a range of teams across finance and the wider organisation.

Initially working in our US Reporting team, you will gain experience in month end processes, operating essential financial controls, champion finance data quality and establish good links across the European and US finance teams. You will then have opportunity through future rotations on the graduate scheme to expand your experience of Assurant finance.

You’ll get time to study and time with your manager and coach to make sure you’re making the most of every opportunity to learn. Combine this with training days and workshops that help you build your skills and behaviors which will prepare you for your professional career.

Do you have…

• A real passion for finance
• A passion for numbers
• A commercial thinker
• A 2:1 degree in accounting, business, economics or similar
• If not, then suitable A-Level (minimum ABB) or alternative qualifications will be considered including a Mathematics, Economics or Business A Level.
