Association Of Christian Schools In Hiring for WEB MARKETING SPECIALIST at Remote Full Time

Position Summary

This entry-level web marketing position will provide ecommerce and digital marketing support for the organization including proper packaging and promotion of products and services in digital spaces including the acsi.org and purposefuldesign.com websites along with other lead generation opportunities to generate sales and customer engagement.

This position may be performed remotely from a home office anywhere in the continental United States.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Build, update, and maintain for accuracy and relevancy all content (products, services, inventory and webinar assets) on the Purposeful Design Publications (PDP) eCommerce platform with appropriate input from the product, service, and/or content owner
• Create and maintain for accuracy and relevancy marketing landing pages that will generate leads for the organization
• Handle simple multi-media editing in audio or video format
• Create, maintain, and support the creation of forms, workflows, cultivation tracks, and s via Formstack or other platforms such as Click Dimensions to acquire leads
• Provide webinar and training set-up and monitoring support
• Maintain and update PDP social media and/or community channels including Facebook, Pinterest, and Higher Logic
• Upload new e-books to appropriate distribution platforms such as Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Ingram Vital Source, Red Shelf, or other vendors as directed
• Support the department in developing and implementing processes to qualify leads
• Employ information systems and resources to maximize marketing and sales initiatives and increase overall efficiencies
• Maintain the integrity of the ACSI customer database to optimize communication and product/service promotion
• All other duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefits

Starting Rate: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour; based on work experience, education, training, knowledge, skills, and internal and external equity.

Required Experience and Education

• Three or more years of experience in business, preferably sales and marketing
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related area preferred
• Knowledge and experience with HTML, web page design, ecommerce, SEO, PPC, email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, social media, and web analytics preferred
• Simple multimedia editing skills preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and highly skilled in Excel
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to successfully multi-task and strong organizational skills
• Good team player and able to work effectively with a cross-functional team
• Strong work ethic with initiative and follow-through
• Good eye for detail and web design

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Professional remote work environment in which to conduct videoconferences and phone calls
• Ability and willingness to travel once a year for two to three days
• Drivers License required to be kept current and in effect as a condition of employment
• Employee is regularly required to walk, sit, use hands and fingers, talk, and hear
• Essential duties require the use of computers to process information
• The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to read at close range and distinguish colors and contrasts
• The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal
