Your responsibilities

• Act as the on-site financial liaison with the Headquarter accounting team
• Monthly preparation of regional bookkeeping in conjunction with central finance team
• Support central Billing Team by
• Monthly distribution of outgoing invoices (accounts receivable)
• Contact person for customer queries (invoicing)
• Preparation of dunning letters and liaison with respective salesperson

• Manage and review vendor accounts, invoices and payments
• Manage regional bank accounts:
• Controlling and reconciliation of bank account balances
• Launch bank payments / make bank deposits

• Monthly Controlling and maintaining of petty cash
• Controlling of travel expenses and credit card statements
• Support preparation of regional tax return
• Assist in audits such as annual financials audits or tax audits
• Procurement – Purchase of goods and services
• Support regional departments in pre-purchase phase
• Check relevant regulatory requirements
• Negotiate business terms with vendors
• Process invoices

Your profile

• Bachelor degree in Business / Finance
• Strong analytic skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines, ad-hoc while maintaining accuracy
• Service and detail-oriented
• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $143,731.00 per year
