OBJECTIVES:

Contract Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for the first stage of our recruiting process. This includes using various tools to generate candidates, contacting passive candidates, and building candidate pipelines.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Find and interact with potential candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, ATS, and other platforms.
• Generate and send recruiting emails to candidates
• Schedule phone screens for TA Specialist
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialist on recruiting needs
• Evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities.
• Post jobs on Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn, etc.
• Special projects as needed

KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

Talent Acquisition Team

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 2 plus years of Talent Sourcing/Acquisition/Recruiting experience
• Results driven
• Past experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Sourcing
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Propensity for continuous learning, rapid prototyping and creative problem solving
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills and a true sense of urgency
• Understanding of social media tools, to include broadcast, engagement, conversion, measurement, and reporting
• Appropriate proficiency of MSOffice tools, internet sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems
