Job Description:
In this role, your primary responsibilities will be to:

• Manage incoming phone calls.
• Assist guests at the front desk.
• Data entry.
• Organize courier deliveries.
• Manage office supplies.
• Complete accounting recoveries.
• Arrange catering and tidy office and boardrooms.
• Manage staff parking access.
• Participate in other administrative duties.

Job Requirements:
What you will bring:

• Previous experience as a receptionist would be an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other office software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly detail oriented and accurate.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Ability to multi-task and work with deadlines.
