Job Description:
We currently have an opening for a* Junior Administrative Assistant in our Calgary* office. This position will involve a range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of our Transportation Division. As the ideal candidate, you are an excellent communicator with effective organizational skills, and an exceptional work ethic. Your abilities will be strengthened through the variety of activities and projects with which you will be involved. This position will also provide you with autonomy as you will be required to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include the following:

• Preparing reports, project tender documents, specifications, and letters in accordance with our professional standards.
• Maintaining project files in our corporate records management database.
• Providing administrative assistance when directed by engineers and technologists.
• Assisting senior administrators with various office and project related responsibilities, and general administrative duties as required.
• Supporting other members of our team.

Job Requirements:
What you will bring:

• Strong capabilities in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other office software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly detail oriented and accurate.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Prior experience in the consulting engineering industry is an asset.
