Assistant Video Editor Full Time NEW

We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Video Editor to join our team for editing tech, smartphone, gadget, and consumer electronics videos.

This role is open for both: 🏢 In-office candidates and 💻 Part-time / freelance editors working remotely

The main requirement is simple: you should be able to edit engaging short-form videos daily that connect with today’s young digital audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form tech and gadget videos on a regular/daily basis

• Create fast-paced, engaging videos suitable for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms

• Add modern graphics, effects, captions, transitions, sound effects, and music

• Understand and apply strong hooks to improve audience retention

• Follow the latest editing trends popular among Gen Z and young audiences

• Work on videos related to smartphones, gadgets, product features, comparisons, offers, reviews, and tech explainers

• Ensure videos are clean, visually appealing, and delivered on time

• Collaborate with the content team to improve video quality and storytelling

Skills Required:

• Good hands-on experience with video editing tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software

• Strong understanding of short-form video editing

• Knowledge of trending transitions, effects, text animations, captions, and motion graphics

• Ability to edit videos that feel modern, sharp, and social-media friendly

• Basic understanding of tech/gadget content will be a plus

• Good sense of pacing, music, hooks, and audience retention

• Ability to deliver videos consistently and meet deadlines

• Creative mindset with attention to detail
