Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager, Sales and Business Development, located in Montreal QC / Toronto, ON. The role involves managing and expanding client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategic sales plans to meet targets. Key responsibilities include driving sales growth, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, coordinating with suppliers and customers, preparing business forecasts, and attending client meetings to provide tailored solutions. The Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in contributing to Texperts’ global presence and success while ensuring efficient collaboration with international partners.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills, including client relationship management and strategic sales planning
• Market Research and Analytical skills to identify new opportunities and evaluate market trends
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement and deal closure
• Team Collaboration and Coordination skills to work effectively with global and cross-functional teams
• Understanding of the textiles industry, preferably with experience in Functional, Industrial, and Technical Textiles
• Proficiency in tools and software related to sales and business operations
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field
• Flexibility to travel and participate in client meetings, events, or industry conferences
