Assist Security Hiring for Finance Assistant Job at London, England Full Time

We are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to support our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for general bookkeeping, credit control, processing weekly and monthly payroll, creating and maintaining payroll records, managing invoices and updating financial records.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Duties:

  • Prepare and process weekly and monthly payroll
  • Support on data entry of new employees
  • Respond to staff pay queries
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations
  • Prepare and process weekly and monthly supplier payments
  • Reporting discrepancies
  • Credit Control

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • AAT qualified or part qualified
  • Good organisational skills
  • Process and procedure driven
  • Experience using Sage
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Positive working attitude
  • Pro-active approach
