AssetOn are currently recruiting an experienced and capable Project Administrator seeking a role within the mining sector. You will be responsible for:

• Perform daily administrative functions/ support to the project team.
• Manage project documents, contracts, scope of works, policies, procedures.
• Oversee meetings and record minutes.
• Offer support for both project scheduling and project logistics.
• Participate significantly in team culture development support.
• Participate in Safety leadership.

ABOUT YOU

• Experienced with PowerPoint, Word & Outlook.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Understand schedules (i.e. Microsoft Project/ Gantt Chart).
• Experienced with SAP – purchasing and invoices. (safety data, production data, schedule progress).
• Good with numbers, collecting and ing on data.
• Experience with in a team support function.
• Full working rights in Australia
