Specialising in the provision of integrated or single facilities services, Assetlink support clients to manage their assets and operations in the commercial, retail, aviation, health & aged care and mining sectors.
We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR / Recruitment team – you will support our Operational and Divisional managers during an exciting and extremely busy period (parental leave cover of 6 months Fixed Term Contract with a potential to extend). The role is based in our QLD Support Office, at Eagle Farm.
What you will be doing
End-to-end recruitment for operational roles (cleaning, security, maintenance focus)
Own and manage the full recruitment process: Hiring manager brief, source / advertise, CV screen, shortlist, interview, manage the offer process, reference checks, drive recruitment initiatives
Deliver an exceptional hiring experience for candidate and deliver a high level of service to international stakeholders
Achieve results within tight deadlines without compromising quality
Work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition Specialists in the team as well as the national P&C team
You will have
3 – 4 years + experience in an operationally focused end-to-end recruitment role
Agency experience – highly regarded
Prior experience of recruiting blue collar roles eg Cleaning, Security and Maintenance – ideal
Industry sector experience in Facilities Management, Security, Cleaning, FMCG, airline, hospitality, logistics, labour hire
ATS experience – Taleo, SAP Success Factors, PageUp, ELMO or similar
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Superior attention to detail and administration skills
Strong work ethic – self driven with a high sense of urgency to achieve tight deadlines in an autonomous manner
Hands-on and practical approach with a positive “can do” approach; superior customer service orientation
Previous experience in driving recruitment initiatives and collaborating with external clients and companies
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
Strong business partnering skills – be a trusted and credible advisor to managers
Team orientation – supportive and collaborative style
Relevant tertiary qualifications – preferred
Fully vaccinated in COVID-19
