Assessfirst Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist UK Job at London, England Full Time

Your goal: Attract, recruit and retain the best Talents for AssessFirst !

To do this, you will have to:

Recruitment (50%)

• Collaborate with the Head of Talent to develop and improve our UK recruitment strategy and roadmap and validation/anticipation of needs.
• Build relationships and cooperate with our UK hiring managers (Train them to interviews and bias limitation, communicate: weekly updates and reports)
• Develop, drive and lead an efficient sourcing strategy.
• Lead the full life cycle of talent acquisition : Manage job briefs, publish job opportunities, source active and passive candidates (hunting and job application management), AssessFirst questionnaires preselection (create accurate and reliable predictive models, learn how to understand and interprete the results, preselect the right profiles), and phone screening…
• Act as our best culture advocate : understand AssessFirst’s culture to spread it to the candidates and make sure that the chosen talents are aligned with our values.
• Ensuring an amazing candidate experience, with a regular and qualitative communication.
• Make the offers to the candidates (validation of the amount, salary benchmarks, job description, negociation)
• Manage the onboarding of your candidates (integration meetings and follow-ups, collaborate with the operation team : tools and app access, contract, materials and remote policy).

Employer Branding (30%)

• Identify (in coordination with the Head of Talent and the AssessFirst UK marketing team) the best ways to develop our UK employer brand strategy.
• Select and communicate on the right media and channels (school partnerships, trade shows, forums, networks, others).
• Represent the AssessFirst brand locally and contribute to the development of our visibility (participate in HR events and webinars, work on personal branding, join HR communities)

Coordination with the UK team (20%)

• Communicate regularly (formally and informally) with each team member.
• Monitor the evolution, integration, commitment and well-being of the team.
• Contribute to the feeling of belonging by proposing activities and coworking moments.

What we would need…

You have a significant successful recruiting experience in the start-up industry, ideally in SAAS (as a consultant or internal recruiter)

The will to integrate and participate in the HR/recruitment UK ecosystem (through intervention and/or communication on networks)

A good level of leadership: to autonomously drive the talent activity in a new market, to guide and support hiring managers !

Our questionnaires are divided into 3 parts: Shape, Drive and Brain. They assess your personality, motivations and skills respectively. It takes about 30 min to complete everything.

They are essential because the Talent team needs to know more about who you are and make sure you fit our culture! You will also get to know more about yourself!
