Summary/Objective:

Senior Software Engineer is a high-level architect, mentor, process designer and coding member of the Assembly Software development team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Engineer, code and debug on both new and legacy platforms.
Understand and advance underlying architecture of production systems.
Estimate effort of development tasks.
Design and develop software using C#, ReactJS and SQL Server deployed to a pure cloud environment using Microsoft Azure.
Maintain and contribute to Assembly Software’s product platform as necessary.
Support CI/CD pipeline and other automation tasks.
Design technical requirements to deliver functional scope.
Mentor junior developers on cloud development.
Assist Product Support teams in solving customer problems as needed.
Perform code reviews, create unit and integration tests, etc.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.

Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements:

BS in Computer Science or equivalent combination of certification and experience
Lead / Senior position in commercial SaaS platform development
Object-Oriented design principles and software design patterns.
Understanding of SQL programming and database architecture in a SQL Server environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills are a must.
Proven ability to work well in a team environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong Organizational Skills and attention to detail.
