Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

What you will be doing

This role reports into the centre of excellence based in Malaysia and will be based at our divisional head office in Mentone. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a tight knit HR team and be the subject matter expert in all things talent! You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process and review current practices, looking for ways to improve and streamline how ASSA ABLOY do talent acquisition.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute an employer branding strategy to help build market awareness and reach.
• Own the full cycle recruitment / talent acquisition process and offering a first-class candidate experience.
• Partner with our Hiring Managers and Country HR, understand the hiring needs, growth plan, critical talent gaps & challenges, translate them into best fit TA and hiring strategy.
• Utilise your exposure and knowledge to establish a strong candidate pipeline across a variety of fields, placing the right people in the right roles.
• Track, maintain and leverage data & reports to develop TA performance metrics & dashboard and drive improvement plans.
• Having the opportunity to work on exciting divisional projects on an ad-hoc basis.

We are looking for someone with a proven background in talent who brings a fresh perspective on recruitment and has ideas and strategies in their toolkit for a difficult market.

You will be:

• Able to demonstrate experience utilising proactive attraction tools/methods (i.e., LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search, Social Platforms, talent pools).
• Able to articulate the ASSA ABLOY value proposition and story to the targeted audience (internally & externally)
• Creative and like to ‘think outside the box’ to bring new and alternative solutions to talent strategies.
• Strong in planning and organisation to handle multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.
• Able to develop strong relationships quickly and be proactive to anticipate future business needs.
• A team player who doesn’t mind stepping in to support the team during large projects.
• Confident in your ability to take ownership of the end-to-end talent function and engage with leaders at all levels.
