We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join ASSA ABLOY as an HR Adviser within the EMEIA Head Office team.

As HR Adviser EMEIA, you will provide a generalist advisery service to the wider EMEIA Head Office team who are based throughout the geography of Europe, Middle East, Africa and India.

This role will require you to work closely with the HR Business Partner and a team of HR Advisers to ensure consistent and high quality service delivery to our people. You will support in the roll-out of a global HR Information System, namely SAP Success Factors. This will included delivery of face to face and virtual training for both our regional HR teams and EMEIA Head Office managers/employees. You will also support in a number of key projects with a focus on Learning and Development, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Analytics and Diversity and Inclusion. You will actively manage a number of recruitment campaigns either directly with applicants or via our third party recruitment partners.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Providing a generalist HR advisory service to our employees and managers throughout the Division, accounting for c. 20 countries.
• Managing recruitment campaigns, inclusive of reviewing job descriptions/person specifications, advertising, working with recruitment partners, where applicable and supporting line managers in the recruitment and selection process.
• Identifying recruitment strategies to attract the best talent to our organisation.
• Producing contractual documentation, including offer letters, contracts and variation to terms letters.
• Supporting in the implementation of the Global HR Information Systems, including go-lives, data migration, training, support and being a general advocate for the platform
• Support our EMEIA Graduate programme. Sourcing talent, facilitating secondments and support the management of the overall programme
• Working closely with the HRIS Manager and HR Systems Specialist to ensure good adoption of the newly introduced HRIS.
• Supporting with the monthly reporting cycle for group-wide KPI’s such as Diversity, Internal Mobility and Health and Safety.
• Assisting in the delivery of the annual HR calendar of activities, such as pay review, objective setting and performance review.
• Carrying out Mercer IPE assessments to support our compensation and benefits strategy.
• Support with strategies to drive diversity and inclusion improvements throughout the Division.

What We Look For

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
Qualifications / Experience:
Essential:

• CIPD (or equivalent) qualified (or part-qualified)
• Good standard of Education (GCSE’s / A-Level’s / Degree)
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Desirable:

• Experience of working in a complex international environment
• Working knowledge of an advanced HR Information System
