What you would do as our Director & Head of Talent Acquisition Europe
We have embarked on a journey to change our ways of working, going from using external providers to take ownership of our Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy and delivery model. As Director & Head of TA Europe, your mission is to help us get there. To do so, you are likely to travel a bit, to get to know our organization and teams across the region. Your base can be in any of our European offices, with a preference for UK, Sweden, or Poland.
You would also:
- Work together with the Group Head of TA and drive the agreed strategic direction of TA in Europe, to ensure consistency, quality, and speed in the candidate journey.
- Ensure that appropriate structures, processes, resources, and solutions are in place to support the needs of the business.
- Be responsible for the cross-divisional TA set-up in the region, from implementation to continuous improvement.
- Liaise with divisional leadership teams to identify improvement areas and find innovative solutions to issues.
- Set up and track relevant KPI: s to make sure that we are driving the right behaviors and can make better decision.
- Drive Employer Branding transformation to ensure we are seen as an attractive employer across all divisions, segments, geographies, and businesses.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for an experienced leader that has strong business acumen combined with outstanding people skills. You like to work with strategy and big picture thinking, but also have the ability to turn that into tangible actions. You enjoy working closely with the business and have a demonstrated experience in managing and influencing senior level stakeholders, building strong relationships. We also believe that you have a proactive approach and know how to prioritize and deliver on deadlines.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Extensive experience from hands-on as well as strategical TA in a multinational environment.
- Knowledge about TA trends and best practice
- Been driving large change management projects, preferably through insourcing or outsourcing of TA.
- Good problem-solving skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced and agile environment.
- Has excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Ideally, you would also have experience working with Success Factors and knowledge of our industry. A background in project management is an advantage, as is a degree in HR or similar.
