What you would do as our Director & Head of Talent Acquisition Europe
We have embarked on a journey to change our ways of working, going from using external providers to take ownership of our Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy and delivery model. As Director & Head of TA Europe, your mission is to help us get there. To do so, you are likely to travel a bit, to get to know our organization and teams across the region. Your base can be in any of our European offices, with a preference for UK, Sweden, or Poland.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for an experienced leader that has strong business acumen combined with outstanding people skills. You like to work with strategy and big picture thinking, but also have the ability to turn that into tangible actions. You enjoy working closely with the business and have a demonstrated experience in managing and influencing senior level stakeholders, building strong relationships. We also believe that you have a proactive approach and know how to prioritize and deliver on deadlines.
Ideally, you would also have experience working with Success Factors and knowledge of our industry. A background in project management is an advantage, as is a degree in HR or similar.
