Position: ABA Qualified Tutors and Teaching Assistants

Job Description: ASQ Education is currently seeking highly skilled and ABA qualified Tutors and Teaching Assistants to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs within primary and secondary schools across London. There is a high demand currently for ABA qualified candidates and, if you hold this qualification, then we will certainly be able to place you within schools in your area.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to implement and adapt ABA strategies in the classroom.
• Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with ASD.
• Monitor and record student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Support teachers in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with ASD.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and school staff.

Requirements:

• ABA qualification is essential.
• Previous experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other educational professionals.
• Passion for promoting inclusive education and supporting the diverse needs of students.
