Salary Range $55,000-$65,000//yr

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Relevant work experience and knowledge of the HHS and BDS networks.
• Ensure adherence to organization-wide policies procedures and state and federal regulations, meeting certification standards
• Participates in all personnel functions for their staff and individuals
• Implements all agency Policies and Procedures
• Create a supportive environment in which to retain high quality employees
• Assists and instructs individuals with daily living skills, as needed
• Assists individuals with implementation of their facilitative plan
• Assist individuals with their medical, psychiatric and social-emotional needs
• Provides in-house and agency-contracted training and consultation services, as required
• Coordinates all community resources to ensure quality of life for the individuals they support
• Foster a positive work environment while supporting a culture of teamwork
• Establish positive relationships with outside agencies and funders
• When applicable, empower and support managers to effectively supervise employees with the goal of developing a cohesive, autonomous and clinically astute program team

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner/ Supervising time frames for documentation in audits
• Schedule staff and assignment of duties, complete staff evaluations
• Responsible to complete initial training and keep all ongoing training updated as required by policy and regulation
• Maintain all required certifications
• Communicate with parents and guardians, as appropriate

REQUIREMENTS:

• BA/BS
• Relevant work experience and knowledge of the HHS and BDS networks.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• 18 years or older
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills/ Computer skills
