Key Accountabilities :
The Talent Acquisition Manager provides leadership and execution for corporate; intern and co-op needs and develops talent pipelines.
This role will partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners on recruiting, sourcing, talent selection, and hiring of diverse new talent across the company within the scope of OFCCP regulations.
The Manager will develop and implement strategies to streamline the recruitment processes and increase recruiting efficiency, as well as managing the execution of the sourcing and recruitment process.

Salary Range : $80,000 – $119,000
This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office.
