Accountabilities:

• Places dough ingredients (dry and liquid) into the mixer(s) according to the product recipe. Mixes ingredients following established time standards.
• Uses proper mixing instructions sheets based on which type of dough needs to be produced. Signs off on batches produced.
• Pre-measures and stages ingredients throughout the shift for dough batches to be produced, and records weights as needed
• Takes temperatures of margarine, water, and eggs prior to adding to mixer. Takes the final temperature of dough after mixing is complete.
• Sifts powdered ingredients using the Sifter machine.
• Unloads dough from mixer onto cutting table and cuts sections prior to loading onto transport cart.
• Assists in operating the re-work mixer.
• Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality.
• Maintains cleanliness of the work area.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships.
• Maintains cleanliness of the work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by any lead, supervisor, manager, or other leader in the Aspire Bakeries organization.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred
• English literacy, elementary level
• No experience required
• GMP/HACCP Certification (in-house)

: $18.50 – $19.00
