Job Overview:
Locations in Aspen and Glenwood Springs, CO, the Record Management & Processing Specialist Collects daily discharges and performs HIM operational record processes to facilitate timely readiness for coding, to include assembly/analysis (assignment of deficiencies), final analysis (clearing of deficiencies), loose material filing, transcription download and report distribution, MPI consolidation or information processing, in keeping with Best Practice HIM protocols. RM&P Specialist is responsible for workflow efficiency and complying with industry standards of chart management, content and authentication. Proficiency in the operation of standard office equipment including computers, knowledge of software, reader printers, copiers, fax machines, telephones and pagers is required. Prepares and scans records as assigned. Manages electronic medical record with accuracy and timeliness

Pay range for new hires: $21.00 /hr – $24.91 /hr
