Aspen Medical is seeking expressions of interest from Administrative Assistants for a potential upcoming opportunity in Humboldt County, Nevada.
The position is based at a construction site, providing support for the Thacker Pass mining operations.
Responsibilities may include; but are not limited to:
- Make appointments for the personnel attending the clinic
- Register personnel visiting the facility for consultation
- Prepare required files
- Manage and control the completion and filing of medical records
- Prepare correspondence and s
- Maintain training records
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of clerical, secretarial, or office experience, preferably supporting clinics in industrial sectors such as construction or mining.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
The ideal candidate should exhibit:
- A high level of professionalism and adaptability.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication, and organizational abilities
- Knowledge and understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA)
- Employment is contingent on contract award!
