Aspen Medical seeks expressions of interest in Administrative Assistants for an upcoming opportunity in Humboldt County, Nevada.
The position is based at a construction site, providing support for the Thacker Pass mining operations.
Responsibilities may include; but not limited to:
- Make appointments for the personnel attending the clinic
- Register personnel visiting the facility for consultation
- Prepare required files
- Manage and control the completion and filing of medical records
- Prepare correspondence and s
- Maintain training records
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of office or clinic experience, preferably supporting clinics in the industrial sectors like construction or mining.
- High School Diploma
The ideal candidate should exhibit:
- A high level of professionalism and adaptability.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication, and organizational abilities
- Employment is contingent on contract award!
