Aspen Medical USA Hiring for Administrative Assistant at New Albany, OH Full Time

The position is based at a construction site, providing support for mining operations.

Responsibilities may include; but are not limited to:

• Make appointments for the personnel attending the clinic
• Register personnel visiting the facility for consultation
• Prepare required files
• Manage and control the completion and filing of medical records
• Prepare correspondence and s
• Maintain training records

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of clerical, secretarial, or office experience, preferably supporting clinics in industrial sectors such as construction or mining.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

The ideal candidate should exhibit:

• A high level of professionalism and adaptability.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication, and organizational abilities
• Knowledge and understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA)
• Employment is contingent on contract award!
