Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Working with stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and translate these into actionable items
• Taking thorough job briefs and building a talent profile
• Supporting the talent acquisition team through all recruitment activity
• Driving recruitment campaigns by writing effective job adverts, sourcing talent, and building talent pools
• Encouraging internal mobilisation strategies
• Reporting on market and industry trends
• Acting as the brand ambassador for all recruitment marketing activity
• Advising candidates, stakeholders, and the wider business to make informed, evidence based hiring decisions in making sound, evidence-based decisions
• Working with the Workforce Team to understand project needs and support their rostering requirements
• Sourcing clinical talent (such as nurses, paramedics, and Doctor’s) to support our critical projects
• Providing support across the wider Culture and Performance team
