Aspen Medical Hiring for Finance Administrator Job at Canberra Full Time

The responsibilities of this role include:

• creating and updating spreadsheets of daily transactions
• managing accounts receivable and payable
• reviewing and processing reimbursements
• preparing budgets
• maintaining reports on financial metrics, including investments, return on assets and growth rates
• keeping records of invoices and tax payments
• managing company’s liabilities (e.g. insurance premium)
• identifying and addressing account discrepancies
• participating in payroll processes
• reporting on financial projections (e.g. liquidity and cash flow).

Experience, Qualifications and Documentation Required

Essential

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role
• experience with accounting software, like QuickBooks
• advanced knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
• Microsoft Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)
• exceptional time-management and organisation skills

• ability to act with confidentiality.
