As a Talent Assistant, you’ll help us to find the best people in the industry by delivering a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience. This role interacts with a wide range of people at all career levels and a number of business areas, so you’ll need to be a great communicator, with the ability to juggle a number of priorities and sharp attention to detail.
We’re growing incredibly fast so there’s lots to do; on Monday you could be scheduling interviews for our Marketing team and advertising some new vacancies, on the Wednesday you’re attending a Graduate Fair and ending Friday by arranging internal assessment days.
This would be an perfect opportunity for someone with previous administration experience, who is looking to start their career in Talent Acquisition in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing…
Coordinating the interview process for a wide range of roles, at all levels
Assisting with screening of candidates through direct channels – either through our applicant tracking system system or careers inbox
Managing very busy diaries across the business, including booking interview rooms
Supporting in graduate and intern recruitment, attending careers fairs
Updating in house databases, spreadsheets and recruiting systems
Advertising vacancies, internally and externally
Raising POs and processing invoices
Liaising with candidates and stakeholders with a positive and initiative driven approach to interview coordination and diary management. This often involves problem solving and coming up with suitable solutions.
Seamlessly managing candidate communication through the entire recruitment cycle, including greeting candidates for interviews and briefing them on tasks
Ensuring all systems are up to date and information entered is entirely accurate
Supporting wider Talent Team and People Team projects

Some previous scheduling, administration and diary coordination experience would be beneficial
Drive and determination to deliver results for internal and external stakeholders
A genuine passion for promoting positive team spirit and a positive ‘can do’ attitude
Self-starter with a problem solving, initiative-driven approach to Talent Coordination
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
A professional attitude and the ability to work in a forward thinking, fun and fast paced environment
Proven experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint to produce professional documents to a high standard including job descriptions and reports
Excellent time management, highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
