We’re ASOS. We blend our flair for fashion with our love of cutting- edge technology, but more importantly were interested in how we can bring the best out of you.
We exist to give people the confidence to be whoever they want to be, and that goes for our people too. At ASOS, you’re free to be your true self without judgment, and channel your creativity into a platform used by millions.
The Opportunity
At ASOS, our mission is to become the no.1 global destination for fashion-loving 20 somethings. In order to realise this mission, we need to be attracting & hiring the best talent available to fuel ASOS’ continued growth.
As a Talent Assistant, you’ll help us to find the best people in the industry by delivering a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience. This role interacts with a wide range of people at all career levels and a number of business areas, so you’ll need to be a great communicator, with the ability to juggle a number of priorities and sharp attention to detail.
We’re growing incredibly fast so there’s lots to do; on Monday you could be scheduling interviews and advertising some new vacancies, on the Wednesday you’re attending a Graduate Fair and ending Friday by arranging internal assessment days.
This would be an perfect opportunity for someone with previous administration experience, who is looking to start their career in Talent Acquisition in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
