The Talent Acquisition team owns all hiring for ASOS, globally. It’s a big, talented team. Reporting to the Head of TA, we have 3 Senior Talent Acquisition Managers – this role is one of those. As a Senior TA Manager, you’ll be responsible for hiring the best talent into ASOS’ Commercial, Studios & Marketing teams which include key areas such as Buying, Merchandising, Design, Studios, Marketing and Insights – through your awesome delivery team.
You’ll also play a key role in a number of Talent and broader People Experience projects, so you’ll have plenty of opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally and develop your skills.
As well as having extensive management experience of a Talent Acquisition delivery team, this role needs someone who likes being inquisitive with senior leaders to question how we do things.
The business areas that you’ll partner with are large (headcount 1700+) and complex in their needs, so you’ll need to have a strong grasp of volume and specialist hiring and the ability to comfortably switch between strategic and operational work.
We’re looking for someone who is not scared to say no, but always has solutions to offer in exchange. Someone who is happy to be held accountable for delivery when things do not go right and skilled at putting in plans to rectify when it happens.
The team (currently 11, which includes a Manager and team of Recruiters & Talent Assistants) are looking for a Leader who empowers them with autonomy but will walk through walls for them when needed.
You must be organised, collaborative & data-led in your decision making, with a strong eye for detail.
