As the Re-use Sourcing Program Manager you are responsible for collaborating with ASML supplier and category teams to drive reuse of materials within the supply chain. By your involvement in the Re-use execution activities you act as a pioneer for deploying newly developed processes.

Role and responsibilities

• Drive cross sector collaboration across the S&SC departments to maximize Re-use. Work with the clusters/categories/SATs to agree on priorities for Re-use execution within the supplier teams: i) Onboarding of SAT’s in the Re-use roll-out according to agreed priorities and ii) ensure a handshake between the Re-use programs and the SAT teams on the re-use scope and high level plans.
• Support and facilitate the SATs to deploy the Re-use initiatives for example ‘remanufacturing As-New’, harvesting and driving repair performance. Enable SATs and suppliers successful in executing Re-use.
• Build a mindset in the S&SC organization that maximizes learning from Re-use. Identify key success factors and process gaps as input for structural (process) improvements.

Education and experience

• Master degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance or similar, with basic knowledge and affinity with technology or equivalent experience.
• An alternative path combination is a Technical degree with relevant business experience.
• 10+ years relevant experience.
• Experience in High tech, low volume industries.
• Program management.
• Commercial experience.
• External relationship management.

Responsibilities:

Role within the Factory

Responsibilities:

• Must be willing to work in a clean room environment, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses and gloves for entire duration of shift.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch.
• The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Can work under deadlines.
• The environment generally is moderate in temperature with moderate to high noise level.
• Must be willing to work a compressed work week schedule – twelve-hour long shift and rotating from three to four days a week.
• This must include references to day and night shifts for accommodation purposes.
