College Vice Principal (Maternity Cover)

Full time, 37 hours per week, full year

Fixed term until 31st March 2023

Up to £80,485 per annum dependent on experience

Over the last two years, our college has refocused its priorities for its students and community, and in September we launched an ambitious 4-themed strategy and vision for 2030 and beyond;

4. Sustainability; staff and finances.

You will be the executive lead for the development and delivery of the College’s land based further education strategy. The successful candidate will report directly into the College Principal and Chief Executive Officer based at our York Campus.

You will be capable of playing a leadership role in cultural change in an organisation, you should have a proven ability to direct and grow curriculum, and a proven recent highly successful track record of leading Ofsted inspection success.

Educated to at least degree level and ideally holding a relevant post graduate qualification. You should have a significant knowledge and understanding of further education funding methodologies, a proven ability to fully integrate modern teaching methods, and of successfully leading and managing large teams within a further education setting.
