The team
People & Development (P&D) is responsible for delivering people initiatives that are aligned with to the organisation strategy across the full employee lifecycle. We do by ensuring we get the right people, in the right role, doing the right work at the right time, to enable the delivery of skilful regulatory actions and decisions.
The HO Workforce Management is a newly created role and a fantastic opportunity to lead the talent acquisition and workforce management team. You will be responsible for creating a workforce strategy to ensures ASIC delivers on its current and long-term business outcomes, by building frameworks, processes and supports that both contribute to enhancing the ASIC workforce now and the future state of organisation.

About you
You will have demonstrated extensive experience in a senior HR leadership/workforce planning role across a variety of medium to large organisations. You are forward thinking, open minded to adjusting, results oriented with an ability to use data to build a story for change, and have experience communicating effectively with senior executive leadership teams, external stakeholders, and employee representative groups.
Your experience in building and implementing the overall workforce strategy and management frameworks including talent acquisition, workforce planning, organisation design, talent management, and succession planning will assist you in driving results in a multifaceted and rapidly changing environment.
You will influence and develop a positive organisational culture aligned to the organisation’s vision, with the aim of fostering engagement, motivation, accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
