The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to deliver an efficient high-quality HR recruitment service to the firm, specifically focusing on junior to mid-tier lawyer and fee-earner recruitment across the business and in support of the Early Careers team.
You will work closely with the generalist HR team to respond to day-to-day resourcing issues and pressures and will support the wider HR team in coaching hiring managers in relation to resourcing matters, the firm’s recruitment processes and in collating relevant market data.
This is a full time, permanent position based at our Exeter office, with a blend of home and office working. operates within the wider HR Department and the successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across the team and with the other business support functions.
About you
Educated to at least A level standard or equivalent and with experience of recruiting at a similar level within a commercial environment, ideally professional services , we would expect you to be responsive to the commercial needs of the business by establishing rapport and building effective working relationships at all levels. You will be able to work consistently to tight deadlines, develop and operate effective and efficient processes and systems and prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining outstanding client service; producing quality work which is accurate and of a high standard.
We are looking for an individual who is highly credible, confident, curious and able to generate creative and workable solutions as well as a being a strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude and flexible approach.
