A great 3 month contract is available in an award-winning business for an experienced Recruitment Administrator, ideally with some experience of Recruitment or HR Administration.
Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition , you will provide full administrative support, focused mainly on recruitment activities:
Logging applications, tracking progress throughout the sourcing and selection process, organising interviews, providing feedback, preparing offer letters, contracts and ensuring due diligence checks are undertaken. You will be detail focussed, very organised and able to work in a fast paced environment
Book rooms for interviews, send out interview paperwork and related communications.
In addition, you will have good MS Office experience particularly Excel and knowledge of ATS / databases. You will be detail focussed and highly organised
This is a great business that offers a friendly and professional working environment. The contract is for 3 months, but may well roll on a bit longer. The rate is up to £17 per hour.
If you don’t specifically have HR or Recruitment Administration experience, but have a Recruitment background, quick to learn and pick up new tasks, flexible in your approach to work, then we are still happy to hear from you.
