You will have experience with HRIS, analysing HR metrics, process improvement, and achieving operational efficiencies.
You will be a personable and empathetic HR professional with a passion for people, consummate communication skills, and proven track record of implementing a successful HR strategy. You will assist in setting up and implementing a new HR system and policies and will provide analytical reports for senior management, so professionalism, discretion and first-class report writing skills are essential.
You will ensure that a smooth and efficient HR service is delivered to the business, providing guidance to the business from an operational perspective.
