Ashdown Group Hiring for HR Administrator at North London Full Time

Reporting to the HR Manager and working in a small and dedicated team, you will be focusing on administration, however, this role also has a recruitment focus as well. You will be the first point of contact for all HR and Recruitment matters, including but not limited to new starters, on-boarding, social media promotion, project work, training new joiners, advertising, and induction sessions.

You will be the key contact for HR Managers during hiring processes, helping to coordinate interviews, and checking the candidate’s eligibility of their right to work within the U.K.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience with the following:

Proven data analysis and data entry skills as you will be handling sensitive data of new starters’, as well as checking right to work eligibility

MS Excel experience

Good communication skills as you will be liaising with HR Managers on a frequent basis

Attention to detail as you will be processing documentation and posting adverts

An understanding of compliance standards as you are handling sensitive data
