Are you passionate about working with children?
We are looking for kind, nurturing and patient practitioners with good communication skills.
An Early Years qualification and experience is essential, as is a positive attitude and a caring nature.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for the children’s emotional wellbeing, and supporting their continuing learning and development. You will also be developing close relationships with our children’s families.
In line with the new EYFS and ‘Development Matters’ that were introduced in September 2021, we have reviewed our observation/assessment procedures to remove unnecessary paperwork and workload for our practitioners.
Practitioners are encouraged to spend quality time with their key children rather than writing observations for learning journeys.
We have a strong outdoor ethos, so all candidates must enjoy being outside, no matter the weather!

4 day week (with either Monday or Friday off). 10 hour day.
