Job Title: Talent Acquisitions Manager
Reports To: Director OF Human Resources

Job Purpose: The Talent Acquisition Manager will work with our internal team to support short- and long-term staffing needs that will ensure ASG has the appropriate human resources to meet the needs of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Building a pipeline of candidates for specific company requirements.
• Building and training a competitive recruitment team
• Manage and oversee all recruitment and PR practices
• Develop innovative recruitment methods
• Sourcing, screening, and recruiting of potential candidates via online job boards, career fairs, internal database, and networking events.
• Supporting ASG management for fulfillment of active requirements for temporary or permanent staff.
• Providing administration and management of background checks, drug tests, and security clearances as appropriate.
• Performing candidate interview and technical screening.
• Participating in weekly review of positions filled and positions still working to fill.
• Manage the content, maintenance and success of the company’s PR

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience of Management
• Experience in technical/IT recruiting, staffing agency experience a plus.
• Candidate must be self-motivated
• Excellent follow up, telephone, and organizational skills.
• Strong internet search and research skills, Microsoft Office, online job board experience, and job searching proficiency and experience are required.
• Clear and strong communication skills, a desire for professional growth and enhancement are preferred.
• Full knowledge of how to use and navigate job boards, to include resume search and posting capability.
• Database of potential telecom candidates a plus.

Working Conditions:
Typically work normal working hours in an office environment. Minimal travel.

Pay Definition/Metrics:
Exempt- Salaried with potential for bonus
