Your Role

• You will be responsible for supporting managers through the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Using smart and innovative sourcing techniques and tools to ensure you stay above the curve when it comes to sourcing candidates. You will find new ways of working and be an early adopter of recruitment technology and applications. It’s second nature to you.
• You will use data and insights to provide Asda with talent acquisition solutions for candidate identification and engagement
• You will transform job adverts, promoting what is challenging, and best about working at Asda across numerous social channels.

About You

• in-house talent acquisition or agency recruitment background with a track record of recruiting head office based roles.
• Able to deal with high volume head office roles.
• Be able to work in a high pressured environment and able to deal with high volume roles.
