You will be part of a wider Service and Systems team that are on an exciting journey to implementing a new Service Management Framework, encompassing service operating models, process simplification, cyclical activity planning, system stabilisation and quality management.
Your Role
The HRSS Systems Team is looking for a new member for a System Incident Analyst role. A fast-paced, multiple high priority team, where no two days are the same. The primary function of the Systems Team is to relationship manage between HRSS, Tech and Third-Parties on HR Incident Management and HR System enhancements, providing awareness and driving root cause.
With no two days being the same in this exciting fast-paced team, your primary focus will be supporting HRSS Operational teams with high priority Operational and System incidents, that can impact across colleagues, BAU workflow and payroll. You will facilitate the collection of issue and impact statements, supporting Asda Tech and third parties on the investigation, fix and root cause analysis. Ensuring HRSS operational team and wider stakeholders are communicated within a proactive timeframe, for updates and outcomes.
You will also have a focus on proactive system enhancements, again working with HRSS Operational teams, Asda Tech and third parties on system enhancement requests (change requests). You will be a party to coordinating the collection of requirements, approvals, and articulating changes to project meetings. Along with this, where required you will need to support in the testing of changes and or system upgrades, in and out of operational hours, to ensure they are fit for purpose and match the requirements of the requestor.
Finally, the Systems Team also operate a workflow model of system interface errors between two HR platforms, along with some 3rd line
This role is a key stakeholder facing role, so your ability to manage high volume and high priority requests, while maintaining BAU activity, such as third line system escalations, is key to the success of the Systems Team.

Strong influencing skills with the ability to communicate recommendations in a confident and business-like manner, at all levels
Excelled customer service and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Experience in HR system and operational incident management
Ability to balance multiple high priority tasks ensuring support is consistent and outcome-driven
