How you will make a difference as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruitment activities to support the staffing needs for assigned Ascentria Care Alliance programs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will develop strong and collaborative relationships with hiring managers and provide sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, referencing, and other related recruitment supports leading to timely and well-qualified hires.

We are a growing TA team that is supporting programs across New England! This position will start off 100% remote with continued telecommuting and travel required in the future. Your home office can be in any state Ascentria provides services in MA, ME, NH, VT or CT. MA is preferred.
