Getting a match is the best feeling ever! Whether you’re playing snap, sorting socks, or even on dating apps, the feeling is like no other. Working as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Ascenti means you’ll get that feeling a lot.
In this role you’ll be working as part of a high energy and tight knit internal recruitment team to place candidates into positions over multiple departments within Ascenti.
You want to make a difference in a business and be instrumental to its growth, and you want your voice to be heard so that you can pull through the candidates needed to fill the vacancies that cross your desk and help your internal customers.
You know that recruitment is more like marketing, and you’ve got buckets of ideas to attract the best people. Working as part of an internal team will also mean that you can really get behind the Ascenti brand. Especially since Ascenti has so much to offer employees, as a leading healthcare provider working to improve the lives of millions across the UK, with a great culture and attractive benefits.
You might have experience in recruitment, it might be in-house or in an agency background, you could have none. Either way, you’ll have experience of working in a fast-paced environment, be results focused, love working as a team, being creative, and running different projects.
You’ll be given some great tools to help you do your job. Ascenti uses multiple sourcing methods like programmatic sourcing, premium accounts on popular social media platforms and a website that is awesome.
You’ll have loads of behind-the-scenes tech too, like an ATS system which links with Ascenti’s HR systems, plus MS Teams and a range of internal communications channels to help you stay connected to the wider business.
Your team will always be there to support you at Ascenti. There are five others in the Talent Acquisition Team and you will be part of a wider People Team department. You’ll be in the office in central Bristol at least 3 times a week and you can always pop in more if you’d like to!
