Location: Remote, supporting Chicago, IL Market

What You Will Do:
Develop, implement and manage ministry-wide labor management procedures and strategies. Act as a labor management resource for select market ministries in support of companywide standardization initiatives for routine labor management practices and other operational/financial improvement initiatives. Identify productivity opportunities and recommend solutions to the appropriate facility and market level associates.
- Develop, manage, and forecast volume and target requirements, including zero-based department targets based on volume trends, stakeholder demand changes, business environment changes, and resource utilization. Participate in the development and delivery of accurate ing to support decision making.
- Develop ministry level strategic plans for labor management, premium pay, contract labor and overall labor expense management.
- Assess and maintain quality control practices that improve productivity and operational metrics. Monitor productivity performance using recognized tools and software. Utilize internal and external comparative data to benchmark and target performance improvement opportunities.
- Establish and evaluate internal rate of return and return on investment.
- Maintain associated infrastructure to ensure that accurate and current data is available in productivity-based tools in collaboration with business analysts who support the systems.
What You Will Need:
Education:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
Work Experience:
- 5 years of experience required.
- 10 years of experience preferred.
- 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
- 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences:
Industrial Engineer highly preferred
