PHC Group has an exciting opportunity for a Contract Recruiter to join our US team. You will be a trusted partner to the business, providing impeccable service to help hire only the best for our three US operating companies: Ascensia Diabetes Care, Epredia and PHC-NA.

We are looking for a contract recruiter to help us attract and identify talent across corporate functional areas. Our location: This is a remote position.

What you’ll be doing for us:

• You will be helping us attract and hire talent across all of our corporate functions for Ascensia Diabetes Care, Epredia and/or PHC-NA
• You will manage the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, candidate identification and screening, hiring manager engagement, interview scheduling, offer proposals and negotiation, pre-employment clearance validation
• You will execute various sourcing strategies including internet job boards, networking, social media, resume mining
• You will conduct competency and skill-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications to make sure we are selecting and hiring the best possible talent
• You will be an advocate for our ATS, Workday, and guide managers where necessary.

Skills & competencies you’ll need for success:

• BA./B.S. with 5+ years of recruiting experience, includes minimum 2 – 3 years corporate recruiting
• Experience with the recruiting module of Workday
• You must be highly organized and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• You have experience managing high profile positions with tight deadlines;
• You have a track record in proactively sourcing candidates using multiple channels
• You are results driven with a customer service orientation
• You are a self-starter who works well independently and as a team member
• You are a strong communicator, and you have a good track record in closing candidates and negotiating when necessary
• Knowledge of the medical device industry is helpful
