Exciting Opportunity to Lead Our Logistics Operations!

Are you ready to take charge of our warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations? We’re seeking an enthusiastic Warehouse and Shipping Coordinator to join our team.

Get ready to play a pivotal role in managing the daily logistics of our Dry, Freezer, and Cooler Warehousing. Join us and be a key player in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Organize and execute daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations.
• Ensure materials are pulled, issued to the production department, and received from vendors and finished goods.
• Maintain meticulous records of material receipts, lot numbers, and quality.
• Accurately label products according to shipping documents and COAs.
• Play a role in quarterly inventories and weekly cycle counts.
• Keep the work area compliant with SQF and GMP standards.
• Be prepared for occasional weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
• Handle the quality and count verification of all received items.
• Record and maintain shipping data for customer orders and billing.
• Notify supervisors of discrepancies and issues.
• Operate a forklift and manage material transport on the shipping dock.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Traits & Competencies :

• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail, deadlines, and ing.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software.
• Forklift certification is required.

Minimum Requirements :

• 1-2 years of previous operations experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, or balance.
• Lift up to 60 pounds when needed.
• Work in various weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse, loading dock, and freezer.
