Job Overview :

As an Inbound Logistics Clerk within their logistics department, you will serve as an integral part of their team, ing directly to the Office Manager.

This full-time position offers comprehensive training in diverse job functions, providing an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in different aspects of our logistics department.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with customers to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide information on logistics-related services.
• Assist in handling customer orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Work closely with logistics team members to learn and execute various tasks involved in coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and optimizing supply chain processes.
• Assist in organizing transportation schedules, ensuring efficient routes, and monitoring delivery progress.
• Assist the Office Manager in administrative tasks, including generating s, maintaining records, and processing documentation related to logistics operations.
• Support in maintaining and updating databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; Bachelors degree or ongoing studies in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn new software and systems.
• Detail-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new responsibilities.
