Position : Logistics Coordinator

Department : Customer Service

Compensation : $18-20 / hr

Location : Jacksonville, Fl, 32246 (Fully Onsite)

We are seeking a talented Logistics Coordinator to join our Customer Service team. As a key player in our logistics operations, you’ll be responsible for managing domestic and international freight logistics, providing freight quotes, and ensuring the smooth flow of inventory between warehouses.

Key Responsibilities :

• Hazmat Management : Keep all hazmat certifications active and manage hazmat shipments as needed.
• Freight Coordination : Provide freight quotes, coordinate inbound and transferred inventory, and manage truckload and container shipments.
• Carrier Relationships : Schedule, track, and manage relationships with carriers and 3PL partners for inbound, outbound, and third-party shipping.
• Documentation : Obtain and manage all necessary shipping documents, including certificates of origin, customs docs, and label approvals.
• Customer Support : Cross-train in customer service to provide assistance during peak periods. Resolve product or service issues and assist customers with product-related inquiries.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Office
• Hazmat certifications preferred (CFR, IMO, IATA)

Skills and Abilities :

• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exceptional organization and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
