We are looking for a corporate recruiter to join our small but might talent acquisition team!

Our ideal candidate:
3+ years corporate recruiting experience; cannabis experience a plus but not required

Proven experience in identifying talent for multiple functions, from entry level to experienced hire

Excellent problem solving skills; scrappy and relentless in pursuit of great talent to fuel the continued growth of Ascend Wellness Holdings, Inc.

This job is remote but the ideal candidate lives near or in one of our markets – ideally Boston, New Jersey, or Illinois. Why? Because while this role will handle all of our corporate roles, you will also assist as needed for in market career fairs.
