About the role

With recent scopes of work appointed including our LOTE program and the recent AUKUS partnership resulting in the generation of the Sovereign Shipbuilding Talent Pool, our recruitment team are busily working on exciting and industry-leading programs of work, in addition to our day-to-day recruitment to support current business activity.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Advisor who will provide an important source of recruitment expertise to various stakeholders both internal and external to the business. You will take hold of key programs of work and thrive in fast-paced, end-to-end recruitment.

Working closely with the Recruitment Advisors and Coordinators, you will be a local point of contact for our South Australian based recruitment enquiries.

About you

• A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in a self-managed Recruitment Advisor (or equivalent) position.
• Relevant qualification and certification to support
• Whilst this role has no direct reports, ability and desire to mentor junior members
• Reporting to the Recruitment Team Lead based in WA, you will need to be self-motivated and have a strong understanding of recruitment best practice
• High level computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point & Email)
• Experience gained within an internal recruitment function
• Demonstrate high levels of customer service
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience collaborating with the wider HR or P&C team to achieve outcomes
